Just Stay
More Than Friends Book 4
by Aria Grace

Book 4 in the More Than Friend series. Standalone. Can be read in any sequence.

When Spencer agreed to help take down the leader of a Portland crime family, he didn't realize he'd end the night with the bloodied body of an unknowing accomplice in his arms. His initial interest in Dylan was purely physical but when Dylan stepped in front of Topher's gun and saved Spencer, the lust quickly turned into something more. Something he wasn't sure he'd ever find in the fast-paced dot com world he was from.

Momma Says: 3.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Another fast-paced read in the More Than Friends series. The romance in this one is kind of an opposites attract story with the geeky Spencer and the mafia tough, Dylan. I say kind of because neither of these characters are the typical stereotype of what they represent. Spencer is a self-professed geek, but he does step outside the box when he needs to. Dylan is smart, caring, and unsure of himself. I have to say that even though I liked both characters, I never quite bought in to them as a couple. Something about them just didn't quite mesh for me. That aside, the story, with its suspense and drama of the fallout from Choosing Happy, was good. Plus, I was glad to see a bit more of Steve and Joey, an added bonus! Although the blurb does indicate that this is a standalone, and I suppose that it could be read on its own, but I would highly recommend reading the previous book, Choosing Happy, to fully understand the relationships as well as knowing why certain things are happening.
