All In: Double or Nothing
Gambling With Love Book 1
by Lane Hart
Which man will she choose?
Tyler and Caleb have been best friends for years, so they never imagined that anything, especially women, would ever come between them. How could they have known that they would both meet Lauren, the woman of their dreams, on the exact same day?
Caught up in a confusing love triangle, Lauren can't stop thinking about Tyler, but at the same time, she also finds herself falling for Caleb.
Since neither man is willing to give up on Lauren, they decide to take a gamble and share her until she chooses one of them.
All bets are off, and emotions run high when these two men end up in a no-holds-barred game where the winner takes all.

Momma Says: 2 stars⭐⭐
I have loved all of Lane Hart's recent work, so decided to check out some of her earlier books and started with All In: Double or Nothing. It's safe to say that this one completely missed the mark for me. I knew going in that there would be things in the story that I probably wouldn't like, much less agree with. I mean there is a pretty clear warning. But, these characters absolutely drove me nuts. Love triangles can be tricky in books, especially if there's any hope of making the characters likable. These weren't. Not even a little bit. All three are selfish and none of them have a clue what love is. Sure, they said the words, but words don't mean anything if you can't back them up. For example, Lauren loves Tyler, then she loves Caleb, then she can't decide who she loves more, then she loves one more than the other (and the way she figured that out was a complete turn-off for this reader). I noticed the word suspenseful in the blurb, but honestly, the only suspense I found was in how long these guys were gonna allow Lauren to pull their strings while she bed-hopped between them. And their constant bickering as they tried to one up each other became tedious pretty quickly. So, while I always enjoy this author's writing style, I think I'll chalk this one up to just not the book for me and move on. At this point and unless I see something that catches my eye, I don't think I'll be exploring this particular series any further.
