Adrian has been as unlucky in love as his sister, but he doesn’t approve of hiring a boyfriend, whatever the reason. Until he meets Darcy. Then he comes to realize that love can happen in the most unexpected of ways.
One week. That is all the two men needed to fall in lust, but will they have a lifetime to fall in love?
Momma Says: 4 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐
Darcy is low on angst and high on fun. It's a little different from most fake boyfriend tales, so we don't get all the drama that usually comes with the trope, and for me, it was just what I was looking for - an all around feel-good story with a bit of sweet and sexy. The characters are interesting, the dialogue is witty and full of humor. The only drawback for me was that I didn't feel much of a spark between Darcy and Adrian. The attraction was clear, but the ending was a little too rushed for me to buy the whole totally in love scenario. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the read and the many laughs in this one.
