This third Montana Howling book gives us Danny and Martha for a coming of age romance. I loved Martha's growth in this story as she goes from rebellious daughter to a young woman determined to stand up for herself and those she cares about. She certainly makes some big mistakes on the journey, but we have the stable and steadfast Danny to balance things out. Of course, the Human Order is back for some added excitement and danger, and we also get to revisit some past favorites in the series while still maintaining a standalone story. Trouble is everything I've come to expect from Becca Fanning - a fun and exciting romance with a bit of suspense and danger thrown in to keep those pages turning. I can't wait to see what's next for the series.
