Since every man I'd ever dated was a jerk, I was okay with not having a man in my life. I'd already decided I was better off without one. Problem was, I did need a baby daddy, so my only solution was to find a sperm donor, and I was ready to do exactly that at a fertility clinic...until a very unlikely source, billionaire Mason Lawson, offers to knock me up the natural way.
I mean, really? How can a woman who wants to have a child not consider Mason's offer? The man was every woman's fantasy, including mine. I can't even look at him without wanting to tear his clothes off and find out what's underneath that cool, businesslike, billionaire facade.
Honestly though, I just don't understand his motives. Why would he want to have an intimate relationship with a plus size woman like me? Not that I wouldn't love to dip into his "gene pool," but why in the world does he want to be the father of my child?
I wasn't about to accept his offer. There would be way too many complications, but I'm still intrigued by the man who put that option out there in the first place.
Why did he do it?
Somebody like Mason is the man a woman really wants but can never have.
He's the unattainable.
Still, as Mason starts a sensual game of seduction with me, I'm finding it almost impossible to resist the urge to play with him, even if it's only for a little while....

Ah, Mason. To say that I fell in love with Mason almost from the very first page would be a fair statement. He's a big, tough guy, a little grumpy and even a little awkward in the romance department, but he overshadows that with a heart of gold and a protective streak a mile wide. Mason, with or without the billionaire status, is my idea of a perfect book boyfriend. He does come with some issues, but those just made me love him more, even when he didn't do what I thought he should. Then we have Laura, who couldn't be more perfect for Mason. She's a plus size model and has learned to build up a pretty tough skin against the naysayers. I found myself liking Laura more and more even if I did kind of want to be her. This pair has some terrific banter along with some absolutely swoon-worthy moments. We also get some hilarious scenes - Mason's resume for one! That's all you're getting about that one - No spoilers here. The story is fast-paced and lighthearted for the most part. We do get a bit of angst to test our couple and at that point, I was torn between wanting to hug Mason and wanting to shake the daylights out of him. Ah, let's face it, you can't read this one without mostly wanting to hug Mason. All in all, we have a terrific romance for a couple with off the charts chemistry. I don't read many billionaire romances, so I'm a little late to this series. Okay, a lot late, but that's something I plan to rectify in the near future, especially after reading Mason's story. That said, Mason does stand on its own, so I had no trouble with backstories or confusion about past events.
