The Whisper Of Dreams

The whisper of dreams written by Otatade Okojie is an insightful inspirational piece to empower young people, entrepreneurs and those in business. The aim of the book is to empower those who have a vision for productive change , for goal setting, who need ammunition to face the day. It is a book that specialises in building up the confidence of those with a thirst for self development, those who have been through trials and those who have a hunger to accomplish further. Each chapter is motivation with a touch of poetic inspiration, insight and vision. It helps those who are seeking their identity, looking for clarity, and eager for support. It is a journey book, one which the public will carry around with them on trips, adventures and its knowledge and wisdom will be recycled into daily life. It is the compilation of posts from the blog and website redebonyhotspot which has now got 4 million hits and was offered two million to turn it into an app by an investor. With stories of triumph and elevation, The whisper of dreams will feed your muse and build your confidence.

Momma Says: 2 stars⭐⭐

The Whisper of Dreams is different than most things I read, and I'm still not quite sure what to make of it. It's a bit like stream of consciousness writing at times, and at other times, it reads like a series of blog posts. The overall theme is self-help and believing in one's self as a step to success. I think this book has the potential to be both inspirational and uplifting. That said, there is a notable lack of editing, and it is often repetitive, both of which are distracting at best. The book is a quick read at less than a hundred pages, and with some serious editing, it could be the inspirational read it is meant to be.
