Blurb:
What do you do when your ex’s werewolf boss wants to feast on the mortal you’ve sworn to protect?
Quinn was unaware of the love potion her meddling cat dumped into her tea, so when Ian Hannigan ends up injured on her property, she thinks she’s dealing with another mortal, not the man who can help mend her heart. Her life becomes a balancing act as she attempts to keep him safe, while hiding secrets better left buried with the dead.
In a realm filled with things that go bump in the night, Ian didn’t expect to find security and happiness in the arms of a green skinned witch, yet for the first time since his parents tragic car crash, he’s found some measure of peace. The rumors he hears in Clayridge aren’t pleasant, but Ian knows there’s more to Quinn than what people would have him believe. If he’s placed his trust in the wrong hands he’ll be paying with more than just his heart. He’ll pay with his life.

Excerpt:
The bag dropped from her hands, a massive white eruption headed skyward when it hit the floor, coating them both in a dusting of flour.
“I’m so sorry!” Quinn exclaimed. She brushed it from her clothing, but the particles that had found their way onto him clung to his damp skin and body hair.
Ian laughed. “I guess I’m going to need another rinse under the showerhead.”
Quinn reached out and attempted to knock some of the flour off, but the second her palm collided with his chest, they both froze.
It wasn’t the first time they’d had contact, and it certainly wasn’t the first time it had made them stop. It was, however, the first time one of them was almost nude.
Ian swallowed slowly. “I don’t think it’s coming off.”
All her efforts to clean him up had ceased. She glanced up at him.
Her beauty hit him like a punch to the gut. Long lashes framed her eyes, and those perfect lips parted just enough for him to wonder what they’d taste like, or if he slipped his tongue inside her mouth, would she moan and cling to him as thoroughly as the flour had.
Focusing on a small smudge of something brown on her cheek, Ian raised his hand and used his thumb to brush it away. “What’s this?”
Quinn’s palm smoothed up his arm and grasped his wrist as she inspected the substance. Leaning forward, she closed her lips around his thumb. Ian bit back a groan as she sucked his thumb clean, her gaze never leaving his.
